You have a 2 inch by 2 inch square with different colors on its two sides. (Here we show black and white.) You will need a ruler, scissors, and the point of a compass for scoring. You may also want a small index card to make right angles.

Step 1. Draw the four lines (shown in bold) on your 2 in. by 2 in. square.

Step 2. Carefully score along the one inch vertical dotted line. Then carefully cut along the three horizontal one inch lines.

Step 3. Can you fold it into this object? Or is it impossible?
